The Challenge

A global direct sales health brand needed to move beyond single-session conversions and build a strategy that brought customers back repeatedly turning first time buyers into loyal, recurring customers.

The Solution

The solution was to map an 18-touchpoint customer pathway identifying key hooks to bring users back. Using product samples as the primary acquisition driver, we built a bespoke journey spanning social, web, word of mouth, and CRM. We A/B tested key elements and partnered with internal teams to activate the full post CRO journey.
